The Office of External Affairs provides campus-wide infrastructure for coordinating, supporting and advancing community-focused engagement with the purpose of leveraging the university’s collective influence towards promoting positive social and economic change.

Pillar IV: Leadership Plenty Institute
The LeadershipPlenty® Institute-Waco, housed with the Waco Foundation’s Community Impact, is designed for people of varying backgrounds, occupations, and experiences who are passionate about improving the local community and developing and enhancing their own leadership skills.
